By car:
Using a ferry or the tunnel the main ports are Le Harve, Caen, Calais, Dieppe, and Cherbourg. The non-stop journey down is between 6 and 8 hours depending on selected ports.
Having a car gives you more possibilities to explore the area, and more opportunity to extend your visit.

You can take the
