Our Location
[CLICK: for information on getting here]
Situated in the very heart of rural France, this is a region known as La Creuse. It is a place of peace. Its rolling green hills are dotted with tiny hamlets and old churches.
Trees abound, nourished by the numerous lakes and rivers. Long over looked by tourists, wildlife predominates.
Tenir la Lune lies within the boundaries of two small hamlets, close to two market towns.
Take a walk from the house, down to the river to enjoy the serenity and look for kingfishers.
Awake to the calls of buzzards, listen to the stillness of the night and enjoy the amazing stars.
Light pollution has not reached this haven.
